Exercise Games for Kids & Parents #GetUpAndGojiPlay #GetEmOffTheCouch

The cold months are here, extra holiday food is always around, and we all seem to only want to snuggle up and watch TV. Now, we all know this is not a good routine to get into. I watch as my boys are wanting to play video games after their homework is done. It’s dark outside by then so, they really can’t get outside and play. What ten year old is going to get on exercise equipment just to exercise?! lol Not mine! My husband and I are really not any better about it.

Goji Play 2

Enter……. Goji Play 2. You can use this inside on cardio equipment which requires the player to move and incorporates their exercise speed and intensity into the game playing. This is going to be a great way for me to get my son off the couch and keep him happy by allowing him to still play games. We all win! Plus, this is not just for him. I have been testing this out and it is a lot of fun! Actually, kinda addictive, but in a good way. I tend to get bored when working out on my stationary bike or treadmill and want to cut my workout short. Playing Goji Play 2, the time passes by so quickly I have to actually make myself stop.

Goji Play 2 Game

It is very important to keep moving, not only as children, but even as adults. My 78 year old Mother plays a WII every day. Sometimes it tells her that her estimated age is like 32. She is always so excited!
