Many of you think of the deep South when you try to find a city with soul! You would be correct! We have SOUL in the SOUTH! I have one city to recommend to all of you to visit soon! Jackson, Mississippi is known as the City with Soul, literally built on an extent volcano, Jackson is HOT!
Seriously, the Jackson, MS Coliseum is built right on top of an extinct volcano!! – Bet you didn’t know that?! Did You?
Growing up in Mississippi, I learned early-on how wonderful of state Mississipi is with a rich cultural and community! Jackson, MS being the capital of Mississippi makes it the place to visit!

SOUL FOOD
Let’s start you off with food! Crawfish boils are a southern tradition! You can enjoy family and friends while filling your bellies with crawfish! Some of you may call them crayfish, crawdads, freshwater lobsters, mountain lobsters, mudbugs or yabbies – all the same thing!
Of course, this is not the only foods but, I do recommend you give them a try!

After your bellies are full, you should check out a little of MS history.
They have kid-friendly museums also. Take the whole family for a day of fun and learning!
