Wonderful recipe and cute presentation..but I am a chocoholic so would rather use a chocolate icing, plus I don’t know if i could wait the whole hour to gobble a “few”

This is an ideal dessert for me as I am a sprinkles junkie! I love the contrast of the colors with the brown chocolate and the golden yellow, but I may vary the recipe by using another bright shade. It would be fun to personalize the frosting and sprinkles with loved ones’ favorite colors.

What a cute idea! I’m starting to brainstorm (just for fun) what else could be “hidden” in the center, instead of sprinkles. 🙂

Lots of cute ideas . The brownies with the yellow sprinkles inside would be a surprise for the kids to find . Pretend they found the gold at the end of the rainbow cupcake. Thanks for the recipe too.

I thought of a fun idea on how to change this recipe up for this week’s Fourth of July. I’m going to substitute white cake mix for the brownie batter. Then, I ‘m going to use red and blue icing, and frost the tops half-and-half. I’m also going to use red and blue sprinkles! Star-Spangled Cupcakes!
