Back to School Shopping: How to Shop Like a Boss #BTSLikeABoss

This year we have three boys in THREE different schools! The automated phone calls and emails have already started pouring in and I can tell this year will be a busy one. We will have one in 11th Grade, one in 4th Grade, and one in Pre-K. Just typing that makes me think of all the school supplies we will be purchasing! You will not see me running around town like one of those crazy unorganized first time moms. Don’t take offence, I was one once upon a time also. Now, I have danced that dance a few times….I have no intentions of wasting my time or money!

First ~ Do Your Shopping In One Place: WalMart!

A Boss Does Not Waste His/Her Time or Money

I do not have time nor will I waste my precious summer days running around to several different stores shopping for supplies! WalMart has all I need plus I use the WalMart Savings Catcher App on my phone, so money will not be lost from my bank account. Scan my receipt and WalMart will give me back the difference in a WalMart Gift Card, if any local stores have a better deal.  

Second ~ Give Back to Your Schools

A Boss always gives back to his community!

Each year we receive information about giving back to the schools by sending in Box Tops. The Box Top program allows for an easy way for school to raise money! These are items we are purchasing anyway so why not sent them into your school. Each Box Top earns your school 10 cents each. Now, some of you may think, “10 cents each. Why bother?” 

 This is something you can do so easily! Just clip them off the packages you already buy and send them into school with your child! Easy Peasy!
