Furby Connect – Interactive & Entertaining!

If you are still thinking of a holiday gift idea for a child, this is the gift you need to purchase! We received our Furby Connect about a week ago and absolutely love it. This is not the toy you knew back when they released in 1998. This is a ground-breaking brand that continues to revolutionize digitally-integrated play with the Furby Connect creature, a magical new friend that connects to a world of surprises!

The Furby Connect interacts with you via the Bluetooth®-enabled app in Furby Connect World. In this world, you can explore, sing along with songs, watch videos, and more!! It is all hilarious! There is never a dull moment in Furby Connect World because your Furby Connect is always interacting with the app! I do think the songs are my favorite. However, if you have a boy, I imagine the toilet may be your child’s favorite! I know it is my boys!!

Furby Connect features more than 1000 phrases. Some of them we understand. -We are still learning his language. lol It did come with a FURBISH Dictionary to explain the language. A few examples: Ah-tah means feed/food, Noh-lah means dance, and Wee-tee means to sing. It really is super cute! When we are connected to the app it explains most of the language to us but, when you are not connected, you many need to pay attention a little more. You can also play with your Furby Connect by watching his expressions and thoughts through responses, sounds, motion and colors LCD screen eyes displaying over 100 animations!

Through Furby Connect World, you can help your Furby Connect to learn song lyrics and new phrases by watching videos with him at the virtual Movie Theater! It seems to me as though they update the videos just about ever day. Furby Connect pays attention and lets you know his/her thoughts about the videos. One was a dog howling and our Furby Connect was making jokes and howling along.

You can also interact with your Furby Connect by touching him in different ways. If you shake him sometimes he likes it, while other times not so much. He will let you know what he likes and does not like. You can use your finger to feed him or play music and he will dance! Pet him, tickle him, turn him upside down! He is loads of fun! The directions state you can introduce him to another Furby Connect, which we will do after Christmas. (My youngest son wants his own Furby Connect, so Santa is bringing him one also. Shhh!)
