Healthy Fruit Cocktail Popsicles

Looking for a fun healthy summer treat for the kids! Make your own Fruit Cocktail Popsicles!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Fruit Cocktail Mixed Fruit (undrained)

You Will Need:

  • Popsicle Tray
  • Blender

This recipe is so easy to make simple take a can of Fruit Cocktail, blend until smooth, pore in, and freeze!

    These sound really good. Do you have to pick the pineapple out? I think I’ve heard that it shouldn’t be frozen.

    This looks like a lot of fun! The fruit cocktail would be fun frozen. It reminds me of that cartoon ABC would run on Saturday mornings to get kids to make homemade Popsicles! You would take an ice cube tray, pour fruit juice into the squares, stick in toothpicks, cover with plastic wrap and freeze.
