Salted Caramel Tea & Cookies in a Jar Gift Idea

Salted Caramel Tea & Cookies in a Jar Gift Idea Pin

With the holiday season here sometimes it can be hard to find the perfect gift for someone you care about. I have found in the past instead of purchasing a gift it is nice to craft a homemade gift. You can’t seem to go wrong with cookies and tea! This year everyone is into the awesome flavors of teas from Bigelow Tea. While you are out doing your weekly shopping at Walmart pick up a Pumpkin Spice, Salted Caramel and/or Constant Comment flavor tea, to name a few.

 BigeLow Tea at Walmart

#MeAndMyTea is a new campaign Bigelow has launched to give everyone a few DIY craft gift ideas this holiday season. Bigelow Tea makes such a great gift…because who doesn’t love tea! Plus, you are giving the gift of allowing someone to sit, relax for a bit to take some time for themselves.

Check out my fun DIY Craft Gift of Salted Caramel Tea & Cookies in a Jar. I’m sure you could do the same with Pumpkin Spice and pumpkin cookies too! Just pick your flavors. 🙂

Salted Caramel Tea & Cookies in a Jar Gift Idea

You can add a personal touch and make your cookies yourself or pick them up while you are at Walmart. First, wrap about five to six cookies in plastic wrap. Decorate the honey jar and wrapped cookies with the Christmas stickers.

Place the honey in the bottom of the jar and put the cookies on top.

Next, place as many Bigelow Teas as you can down one half side of the jar. You want the other side open so the person receiving the gift can see all the contents.

Place the cloth on the jar and place the lid on.

Cut your ribbon to be long enough to wrap around the lid of the jar. Then, tie the gift tag around the ribbon. You want to tie it loose enough to be able to slide it to where you want it to hang.

Tie the ribbon around the jar lid and place a few extra stickers around the outside of the jar. That’s it! You are done! So easy yet, a special homemade gift!
